Getting started

1. Create your salon

Sign up, then choose your salon’s name and booking address (for example glamnails.wedoanynail.co.uk) and the language for your clients. We fill in, in that language:

  • opening hours of 09:00–18:00, Monday to Saturday (Sunday closed),
  • a starter menu: manicure and pedicure, with gel polish, French tips and nail art as add-ons,
  • you as the first stylist,
  • confirmation and reminder texts,
  • drafts of your privacy policy, terms and legal notice.

Change anything you like on the same page before you press Create my salon.

Your 14-day free trial starts now. No card is needed.

2. Make it yours

Press Open staff app on your account page. The staff app is shown in your device’s language (English, German or Vietnamese); change it with the language menu at the top. In the staff app:

  • Salon Manager: set your real opening times and closed days, edit treatments, lengths and prices, and add your stylists and their working hours.
  • Salon Profile: upload your logo and background photo, pick your colour, and fill in your address, phone number, privacy policy and terms.

Put your booking address on Instagram, Google Business Profile, your website and your door. Clients choose a treatment, a stylist and a time; the booking appears in your staff calendar.

4. Turn on SMS

Clients log in with a code sent by text, and get confirmations and reminders. Set this up in Sending SMS. It takes about ten minutes.
